QSS cooldown mismatch with bard ult cc

It's a very miniscule thing and really easy to miss so be sure to pause the video exectly when the Ashe ult hits Caitlyn. Clearly when Caitlyn gets hit by the ashe ult bards cc has passed but I can still not use qss until 0,3 seconds after bard ult has expired. Which actually in this case caused my life in the game because I did not have time to cleanse before zac elastic slingshot could hit me.

Maybe this is just how bard ult is designed so that you can get hit by cc a little bit before the bard ult expires. But otherwise it seems like a mismatch on how long your qss active get disabled and how long your zhonyased by the bard ultimate.
