Katarina unable to cast spell

Riot,

There is a bug with Katarina spell casting. Game started for around 10 mins, and I am unable to cast any spell Q,E,R,B.

All spell back to normal after I am dead and re-spawn.

Please look into it. Many thanks

It is sad how long this bug has existed and yet riot has not even mentioned that it exists.

Dying to a jungle mob will fix the problem.
