Is anyone else having a huge log in que for pbe? it keep saying 25 minutes, it finishes the white circle, then just re sets to 25 minutes. please someone respond to this.

People are spamming urf so... well It's self-explanatory really.

Nah, it's not just you :) You'll be able to login Monday night or whenever they pull urf. You'll need to play a game to get your ip and rp; I think they fixed the rp/ip bug (there was a bug recently where people wouldn't get their RP/ip even after playing a game of bots/anything.)

You get the ip/rp by making a purchase in the store. You do not need to play a game. And, yes, it works even though you have 0 rp and 0 ip.

Didn't work for me; I had to play a game to get it. I joined in October. Going through the tutorial did the trick. I guess for some there are two ways then?

They may have updated it since then - I just did it yesterday and it worked fine, so...
