Aatrox W notification

This happens when Aatrox toggles his W ability for the first time in the game. It is visible to you and your teammates (not sure about enemy). "DataLogging category AatroxWHit: Expired Category"

Yeah.. I've seen this every game with an Aatrox too. If I don't see it early-game, I'm like "Well, someone didn't start W!"
It's visible to the enemys, yeah.
