Every time I open lol it starts updating from 33%. Once it finishes I can log on and play and stuff. But when i close it and then when i open the launcher again it starts updating. I've already tried reinstalling and looked at other discussions but they didn't help. Please help me

Hey. Try just wait a long time, like 30-60 minutes, i had the same issue, but after a while it fixed itself. But try "disable peer to peer" cause that might work sometimes, but if it doesnt ask Riot games email :)
