High Resolution Laptop Bug [GAMEPLAY]

For a while now whenever I try to play league the in game text is extremely large and most text overlaps. This makes it impossible to see FPS, Ping, CS counter, KDA, Champ stats, etc. As far as I know this has been a problem for a long time now (>5 months) and its yet to be fixed.

It's a problem with the way they changed the game to work with Windows scaling in patch 5.15 or 5.16

There is a way around it, you just need to set your Windows scaling to 100% instead of whatever it is now. If you're running a high resolution on a small screen, that will make your desktop unreadably small, but League of Legends will play fine. A good solution is to only change it right before you want to play a League game.

How to Set Windows Scaling to 100% in Windows 10:

Right click on desktop Display Settings Scroll the bar all the way to the left so it says "Change the size of text, apps and other items: 100%" Apply, sigh out, sign back in.

That will work for most people. You can easily change it back after you're done playing too.

If your desktop is not small or League hasn't changed after doing that, then:

Right click on desktop Display Settings from the menu Advanced Display Settings Advanced Sizing of text and other items Set a custom scaling level Scale to the percentage of normal size: 100% (in the drop down)

That will fix the issue guaranteed. My only real complaint is that they won't even make a support article about how to fix it when it's that simple. :/
