[Game] Jhin's stun not working

I don't know if it just me or jhin's "W" after camile is up its not working right, i have jhin's skin and i know when to hit someone with "W" to stun him and with the skin its pretty obvious.

when someone AA or use an ability on an enemy i use "W" on him, thats suppose to stun him, but its not.

is that a bug or glitch or what? anyway i died cause of it, and caused me alot of kills.
