Stuck ingame for 2 hours and 10 minutes now.

I've been stuck in a game for about 2 hours and 10 minutes now. I've asked multiple friends to confirm that i'm still ingame acording to their friendslist. I cannot get out of the game and when I try to join the game it says I have to try to reconnect. Its an aram game and acording to op gg the game doesnt exist anymore. At some point the game timer even went to -33 minutes ingame in my friends friendslist.

What now? Help pls
