Stuck at loading screen

I'm getting around 20 minutes into a game and always disconnecting. After that I get stuck on the loading screen, make it 10% in and then disconnect again. Voice chat still working, and connection. Any one else having this and know a solution?

The 10% thing isn't actually loading 10% in. 10% is the "100%" mark for a single disconnected person.
