RP Purchases (CLIENT.... Maybe?)

Last night (3/15/16) I bought 5 USD (650RP) worth of RP and the client told me that my purchase had successfully been processed. When I look the RP hadn't been credited to my account, I can't purchase anything with RP, and it doesn't show up in my history. The next day I see the charge finally appearing on my bank account but when I check league it says I have 1300 more RP than I actually purchased. I know a friend of mine had a similar issue purchasing RP last night (3/15/16) but I'm not sure if he was credited more than he actually purchased.
