[GAMEPLAY] No damage Vel'koz ultimate bug

I have tried to reproduce this bug via ulting through walls, through gromp but all without success. I havent tried to match items at this point however this has happened in previous games when ulting through other champions.

Maybe it was a problem with Leona's sunlight passive?

Wish that happened in my game the other day.. that Vel just melted everything off the face of the earth.
