[GAMEPLAY] Ornn's Ultimate

As you can see, the minions were damaged much before the Ram touched the minions. However, this occurred in a game and the same thing happened, but on other people's screens, the Ram is going at the normal speed. Basically, the Ram is appearing slower on the player's screen. When I entered Practice Tool, for the first few times, the speed was normal, but the more I used it, the slower it became.

Step-by-Step: Repeatedly use the ultimate and it will gradually get slower upon each use.

Number of times it occurred: I've experienced it once in a Normal Game and once in Practice Tool. That is all I've tested as I am writing this post. However, it did happen both times.

EDIT: I've tested it again and received the same results. The video can be seen here: https://youtu.be/fsDCnrLvDyk As you can see towards the end of the video, I have to use it much earlier to make contact with the Ram and if I used it when it was in front of Ornn, It would pass through him. And at the very end of the video, you can see the Ram damaging minions before it should be hitting it.
