I cant earn chests

So i have got a question.Why after i get an s with a champ i dont earn the chest i deserve??And before you start saying that i have only 1 chest on champ per season i already know that.The problem is that i cant get chests with s even with the champs i havent earned chests on.For example i just earned an s with morde not s- or + and i didnt get the box i deserved meanwhile i had an s- on vi and i didnt get a chest i earned an s and i got it.

Do you have a chest available? There´s a little icon on your ingame profile. Did you recently have a punishment? Like chat restriction or ban. If not did you try to send a ticket to the riot games support?
