Massive Ping Spikes On Fights

So I've been playing for years, this has never happened before. The last couple days, if I go to fight someone in game, my ping will shoot to 500+. My ping will sit at 9, I go to engage something, 500+. Is there a log somewhere or something I can look at to deduce why this is happening?
