Ranked Champ Select - not showing when to lock in

Ranked Champ Select just threw me and a team mate out becuase he did not lock in a champion. Both old client and new client were showing Braum (champion before) as counting down to 0. Looked like Braum didn't lock in but client claimed team mate didn't lock in. Absolutely no internet issues.
