[PC] Cannot connect to game of any type after patch 5.14. Occured after changing resolution in-game.

After patch 5.14 went live i updated my client and after a game on the new Bilgewater map I decided to do some resloution changes to try and make my game run smoother since it was running significantly slower before. I even swapped monitors and after doing so my custom game crashed and ever since I have no been able to reconnect to any game be it Normal, Ranked, Custom, and even Spectate will not load me in game. I just get a black screen that will try to load but just fails everytime. I have already tried changing my resolution settings OUT of game to try and fix it but nothing works. Did anyone have this problem too? I eternally regret trying to change my resolution in game. This is on Windows 8
