Garen Q Bug

Hi there Monsieur Rioters, in my most recent game with Garen I was somehow able to Q two different minions while only activating the ability once. I hit one and killed it with the strike, and my next basic attack on the minion directly next to it did the same animation and damage, killing it as well. This occured within a second of killing the first, so the ability for sure was still on cooldown. I don't know if anyone else has had this happen to them, but I wanted to let y'all know about it.
