Having trouble locking in champ and have dodge timer

When locking in my champ the lock in button will stay bright blue and wont lock in, then I have to wait for dodge timer. This is very frustrating when you are playing with friends. Please fix, this happens far to often, and I have 100mb internet, 27 ping, and a very good gaming laptop the problem is not on my end.

Same for me, couldn´t lock in champion after selecting.

No lag, or anything like that. Lock in button in champ select stayed grey as I had no champion chosen. Pls fix, annyoing
