[Gameplay] Cassiopeia

Cassiopeia's W works normal to the user, however the enemy team can see the cast animation, but nothing afterwards. The enemy team has no way of seeing the pool of poison or whatever cassiopeia does with her W after it is cast. Please fix, laning is so hard against invisible obstacles.
