Stuck in champ select (CLIENT)

I am currently stuck in champ select. The countdown timer is not showing any numbers and the last person is not picking a champion. I am in a promo series so I would rather not leave the game and forfeit the promos. Not sure what to do. Unsure of how to reproduce this bug.

EDIT: Still stuck in champ select

EDIT 2: It just kicked me out of champ select and gave me a lose in my promos.
