Issue with game Time being shown in the Friends List

I moused over a couple friends in the friends tab and it displayed their in game time as this long. 100% sure this isnt how long they were in game ;) Not sure if this is the supposed to be the total time they have played in this playstyle or if this is a bug.

Same thing for me, I have no clue what the numbers mean but it looks like it's trying to be time haha.

Do we know if there's a fix for this? I just downloaded league onto my new desktop and it is doing this as well ....
