Yasuo Bug

Yasuo with Hail of Blades has made his q cd equals 0 so he basically can spam eq all the time like urf in lane and team fight. It is very unfair because none of the champions has stuff like that and it is super frustrated playing a long-range champ against it. I can't believe riot balance team has not yet fixed this bug and seeing him at worlds in 3 different lanes it something you guys should notice about this champ. Take out the Hail of Blades cd bug and changed the wind wall to something people can break it is stupid that it can block so much thing!
