Xin Zhao turret + wall bug?

Just played an ARAM as Xin Zhao, got stuck in a dead turret then walked right through an Anivia wall. Couldn't move until I cast ult (no other abilities/items were working) and then with ult still active I walked right through the Anivia wall.

No idea how it happened, don't easily have a way to replicate either.
