Sylas Ultimate Tooltip bug

Short version: In some cases, Sylas' tool tip indicators will display incorrect names.

Steps: Play Sylas against Renekton/Nasus Level up R Cast R on enemy and look at the status bar. Tooltip will display original champions name instead of Sylas.

Checked with Chogath as well was displayed as "This unit"
