[Client] Resolve tree Keystone Masteries glitch

I don't know how often this problem occurs, but when I tried to enable a keystone mastery in the Resolve tree, it glitches. I tried restarting the client, and that didn't work. What the glitch does is cause the hover over info box to constantly flicker from up left of the cursor to down right really fast. It also causes me to not be able to enable a keystone mastery unless I spam click and hope that one of the clicks hits right on time to register.
