[CLIENT BUG] Black screen when entering Champion Select makes you dodge. PLEASE FIX!!

Occasionally when I start LoL and I join a champion select lobby it will give me a black screen. This screen is just on the client and it doesn't allow you to pick any champions or anything at all. This has happened to me a couple times and I'm tired of getting into a wait time for queue that wasn't my fault. I've tried repairing my client, reinstalling, and I've even RESTORED my computer yet this problem persists. I find it unfair that I am wasting my time going into a wait time for dodging when the bug is to blame. Riot please fix this problem because I'm afraid I will lose my account for something that isn't my fault. I will probably not play for a while or at least not until the bug is fixed because I don't want to lose my account from this bug. PLEASE FIX!
