Spirit Guard Udyr Icons missing

So , recently , a friend of mine offered me a Mystery Skin as a gift after a game. I got the "Spirit Guard" Udyr skin. After a message popped up saying I unlocked the "Spirit Guard Udyr" Icons , but , after 2 days , I still didn't receive my icons. Please Riot , Help !
