Please Help Me ASAP ( I cant see anything just my champ and minions)

Hi! Please Help!! I cant see anything just my champ and minions when i click on shop and ESC ,to open options, i cant see anything btw i cant see mini map- spells -healthbars-names-my champ (UI) as u can see on screen , I know my English sucks but please tell me how to fix that i have already unistall LoL and install again and nothing happens . Thank You, and sory about my English again!
