[GAMEPLAY] No Assist given when only hit with Nocturne's Q (Duskbringer)

In several games on numerous occasions, I was not given an assist after the enemy champion died when they were only hit with Nocturne's Q (Duskbringer). I know they they were hit prior to death since the enemy champion spreads the dusk trail.
