I was just about to get promoted to Gold 2 after 7 games of winning in a row, and I already was in promos to gold 2, meaning I had 1 free win.. I won another game meaning I had 2 wins to get promoted, but after the match it didn't count my free win, and showed only 1 v of a win, I thought "ok sure even if I lose next it's ok I got 2 tries" and I lost the match.. they immediately disqualifed me, and finished my promotion games.. what is going on??????? PROMO HELPER In instances where a player elects to dodge a game in a promotion series by leaving during champion select, their account will be ineligible for promo helper upon entering their next series. Finally, promo helper only works once each time you get it. If you’re in a series to move from Gold III to Gold II with promo helper active, but lose the series and then demote into Gold IV, you’ll have promo helper from Gold IV to Gold III, but you won’t have it for Gold III to Gold II.
