Download on new client has bugged numbers when it reaches 100%

When you reach 100% in your download time, it seems that the MB_to_download/Total_MB goes negative. I have only seen this bug once, though I've only checked it once.
- have an update
- let it reach 100%
- mouse over the remaining download time.
