Visual Bug with Illoai on Howling Abyss

During the game, I got caught by her E 2 times. The tentacle spawning was the visual problem. The first time, the bubbling didn't show and then it came down on top off me and killed me, never seeing it.......just the splash as it happens. The second time, I saw the bubbling and then splat again never seeing the tentacle.
