Load screens extremely long and also crash a lot.

So this problem started happening to me on patch 8.18 and its just made my load screens take forever to load in and possibly crash. Ive reacher out to riot support about this they put me through a whole process in which it should have fixed the problem but that did not exactly fix anything. It happens to the point where I even got a Leaver Buster for 20 minutes for "leaving too many games" its just a bit frustrating cause i never have intentionally left a game. Due to the constant crashing and long loading screens it just keeps putting me down as a leaver. I would really appreciate suggestions on how to fix this problem and possibly get this 20 minute low priority queue removed for something I never really intended to do. Thank you.

The same was happening to me, my whole team was ticked off at me just earlier

Having the same issue, champ select goes all smoothly but as soon as the game client starts to load it crashes. It sometimes fixes itself once everyone is loaded in but i do need to close it through task manager first.

interesting note: in the task manager it says the client is not responding so it takes no cpu or memory. but as soon as champ select ends there is a brief window of 5 seconds where the client decides to load about 3% for cpu and 50mb for memory before becoming non responsive and going to 0 on everything.
