Riot i think i might found a bug on mordkaiser in the last minutes in one game i was cheking my stats and i only had one item of cdr and with my masteries i only should have 19% cdr but i had 29 i had (in order the ones i first bougth) hextech gunblade ionian boots of lucity rylais zhonyas houglass and abyssal septer and i don´t know who many times it had occur but if this really a bug is unffair to the other players that are facing mordkaiser
