Brands ult bugged?

Ok this has been bothering me for awhile now. Can anybody confirm... if Brands target is "ablazed", his ultimate is suppose to bounce back to the ablazed target since his ultimate says " will prioritize" the one that is..... ablazed?

I main Brand and theres so many games where his ultimate ignores the ablazed target and just continues on creeps leaving with a 1 bounce on the single enemy target which was ablazed. And yes they were definitely in range. And it happens quite often.

Or am I not understanding his ultimate toolip? If not, this is a huge bug that happens often. I understand that not a lot of players plays Brand but it shouldn't mean Riot should ignore this.

I've played a lot of the world's cutest pyromaniac, (Sorry Annie, Vandal Brand just has this aura of mystery to him.) and I can help you out :3

Basically think of each individual hit. For example just imagine in your head that you're in lane, there's a Kassaderp in the MIDDLE of 4 creeps with no mana. Everything is full health with no debuffs.

You press E on him. Kass = on fire. Minions = not on fire.

You press R on him. Here's what the ult does, from its point of view. First hit = BOOM HIT A CHAMP, AND IT'S AN ON FIRE TARGET! Sooo... are there any other champions? >.> .> Nope! Off to a creep! Second hit = Aw, a creep. It's not on fire either... sad day. Um I guess I'll just go wherever. Etc etc...

Now imagine you hit a W on the entire lot of them! (Kass and his 4 creeps)

You press R on him. First hit = BOOM HIT A CHAMP, AND IT'S AN ON FIRE TARGET! Sooo... are there any other champions? >.> .> Nope! Off to a creep! Second hit = Damn, a creep. BUT IT'S ON FIRE DOEEEEEE. Any chaaaampions? OH HEY A KASS, I'MMA SQUISH IT. Third hit = BOOM HIT A CHAMP, AND IT'S AN ON FIRE TARGET! Sooo... are there any other champions? >.> .> Nope! Off to a creep! Etc, etc...

Makes sense. But it sound like a theory. If that's how it really works then the toolip needs to be redone.

Lol no worries, I type at around 90wpm so it didn't take long xD But, not a theory, it's literally how it works. The tooltip may SEEM confusing, but it's actually written properly. Look REEEEEALLY closely at it.

(Basically the part where it says (I don't know the EXACT wording.):

IF the target (the thing hit) is ablaze, the NEXT hit will PRIORITIZE an enemy champion.

As far as gameplay suggestion, just use this lovely little combo:

E the champ, Q the champ, W the minions (or nearest anything that you KNOW you'll hit.) THEN ult.

You could swap the W and Q depending on skill level and how much you trust your skillshots.
