[CLIENT] The Client will not open after updating

for the past few weeks, the client has only opened after I delete it and re download it, a process that takes upwards of 15 minutes. Since the 9.21 update, the client hasn't opened at all. It will update and them will not open. I've tried all the old tricks, re downloading it, clearing the cache, and restarting the computer. Nothing is working and now I'm missing out on the 10th anniversary gifts.

  1. Open the League client
  2. Wait for it to update

This happens every time I open league and now it's getting very frustrating. I faced a similar problem in the PBE a few months ago. It wouldn't let me open the game, and re downloading the game would do nothing to solve the problem. I had hoped Riot would fix the problem before it passed into the full game, but I guess I was wrong.

I have had the same problem, and submitted a support ticket a few days ago. They've had me try disabling antivirus and doing clean reinstalls, but nothing's worked so far.
