Disabled Summoner Spells [Gameplay]

I was just playing Fiora vs a Trundle and for some reason i respawned with my summoners disabled. i could not use flash or teleport until i died again and then the summoners would reset. It happened about 3 times in the game, where my summoners would be disabled upon respawn.

I believe it has to do with trundle fiora interaction, since i was interacting with only trundle when it occurred the first time during laning phase.
