Gameplay Yorick bug

I found 1 thing that is absolutely a bug, but can't figure out why it happens, the other might be a bug. They are both Yorick bugs. The first one is that when Yorick uses q and kills something, he gets a grave for summoning ghouls. however, he doesn't seem to get it when he kills a Heimerdinger turret. Is this a bug? Because it seems like he should get one for killing a Heimer turret.

the second bug is a weird interaction between his ghouls and his e. Normally, when he uses his E on a champion, his ghouls target the struck champion, get a move speed buff and jump on the target. However, in my last game with him, there were multiple occasions where I would use my e on heimerdinger, and the ghouls lock on to heimer, but don't get a move speed buff or jump at him. instead they just slowly run at him, and get picked off. it only happens sometimes, but ruins many of my plans in the laning phase. I am not sure if this is caused by me targeting heimer, or if it happens to other champions as well.
