Queue not working for me

When I try to queue it sometimes lags and doesn't connect so I "decline" my queue's, this also sometimes happens in champ select. But when I eventually joined the game, nothing is wrong. FPS and Ping are normal, when playing any other game there is as well nothing wrong. So I don't get why my queue or champ select lags me out sometimes? (Switching region didn't change anything)
