[GAMEPLAY] Guardian Angel won't work when executed

Anyone who has a GA but dies to a turret or a minion or a monster will actually die. You receive the full executed death timer.

1. Have a GA
2. Somehow or another, get executed
3. Wait to respawn with the GA passive still up
