I was going to say (before watching the video) that maybe it was an in flight bolt, but it looks like it was the Vayne shooting after the death. It could be a case of lag, or possibly a bug occurring because you hit the lottery of the stars aligning and the AA message (from Vayne's client) getting pre-checked & validated before the death (could be as little as 1ms difference in timing of the validity check). You should either go play the lottery (if you think you have a luck streak) or avoid gambling for a while (if you think you used up your luck).
