Windows 10 FPS bug

I found out that there is a problem with either Windows 10 or Direct X 12 and my League of Legends FPS if you could find a fix for this that would be amazing, Id love to have smooth FPS again

And also Plays.tv crashes the League of Legends Client when you try to Alt + Tab in-game

I think it is the window 10. alot of people been complaining about it. I just think Riot has not optimized LoL for window 10 yet

I haven't had any problems so far, in the 4 games I've played. Are you sure your power settings are on high performance? Check under Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options.
