Electrocute doesn't procc properly

Tested on and

Scenario 1: Vi with electrocute

1. Q
2. AA with E
3. Regular AA Three separate attacks just as the rune description says, the keystone doesn't proc, however if the combo is REVERSED it does proc.

Scenario 2: Naut with electrocute 1.Q 2.E 3.AA Again three separate attacks, the keystone doesn't proc, again if the combo is reversed it procs.

Plz fix.
