The skin that froze my client...

my friend and i were on Skype and he says hes gonna gift me a skin, he does so, my client dims like I'm about to receive it however ti never comes and my client stays dimmed, i log out and back in and the same thing happens, i now cant navigate my client at all except for the first second or two before i receive my "skin" any advise
