Horrible Lag since Patch

Ever since I got back on League today, I have been experiencing terrible lag. My Internet connection, and even other online games run like normal, but League has become almost unplayable. I constantly freeze and "warp" around, and my ping is jumping between 300 and 7500! Others in my games have mentioned having lag too, but not on my level. I got marked as a leaver in my last match because it got to the point where all I could do was sit and watch my character get killed without retaliating, despite me pressing everything I could, and then it just crashed after I died.
