30 lvl ranked's
I just got lvl 30 today and now i'm not able to play ranked's on summoner's rift but i can play flex on twisted treeline.Please explain this to me and tell me why i can't solo q.Thanks..

You could also try reloading.
Loboshl1 votesim suggest not playing ranked for the first time hitting 30 wait till ur lvl like 50ish
