Can't select my reward for my Daily Play mission... Done over a dozen restarts and it has gotten me nowhere. Would like to pick Riven out of the 3 if there is a way tech support can do that. Hope to get this resolved as soon as possible
Open Task Manager. Select LoL and then click End Task. LoL will restart automatically and then you will be able to select a champion.
I know you can hit ESC to back out of the selection but it'll pop back up everytime you log in and you're not collecting anything at that point either. I tried the task manager option as well and it still isn't working. Hopefully Riot can just issue the desired champs and the rest of the rewards and patch it later on so it's not such a common issue...
I've had the same issue for nearly all of my daily play rewards. Closing the client and starting it up again fixed it, until today, now it seems to be completely broken. 4 days into this game and I've run into a bug that won't let me collect a reward or even play the game.
The way I got rid of this was doing the task manager solution that another person commented, before that I just gave my credentials to a friend which then he would log on select the character for me then log off. If the other ways are not working for you that might be your last resort :)
I switched my resolution to 1366 X 768 and it worked for me... Switched back to my original resolution after selecting my reward.
I picked the character Brand and I still haven't gotten it
