Game has been freezing my computer since 6.5,and is still doing so in 6.6

I can login,but when i do the front page with the store ads and other news remains as black tiles,and then a few seconds later total freeze. I have to to hold my power button down and restart cause i can't even bring up the task manager. I'll provide some stuff.

Windows 8.1 HP laptop Intel hd graphics

I was running league fine prior to patch 6.5

I have done all the trouble shoots,and alleged workarounds. From repairing the client to flat out uninstalling and reinstalling.

Riot Please help I really love this game,and would like to keep playing.
