Fuzzy, Flickering Client

So I've read many posts on this yet none of the solutions on those threads have provided a fix for me. I have an EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 FTW Graphics card, and I know this is an anti-aliasing bug, but I've turned off any anti-aliasing for the client and even reinstalled League for a possible fix. It flickers in and out of focus essentially. Kind of like if you play a game while discord is in hardware-acceleration mode. It is really hard to read stuff and I'm all around just looking for a fix or if anyone else has this issue so I know I'm not alone. I have even uninstalled my nVidia Drivers Completely and fresh installed. Screenshot below. http://prntscr.com/njqafa
