Has happened multiple times since new patch. Around 70% of the time I try to change my runes after picking my champ the entire client becomes "un-clickable" except the Close, minimize, etc. Cannot chat, runes, summoner spells, etc etc. Ended up dodging each time because Jungling without smite is basically an auto-loss.
MateriaBullet3 votesThere are actually 10s if not 100s of posts about this and riot hasnt responded to a single one. I have the same issue, so do two of my friends.
RecessHero2 votesSame thing happens to me.

gimmerockets1 votesSame thing is happening to me, it's every time I edit my runes. If I leave them the way they are, it's fine...the poor life of only three runes pages..
